As a software engineer at Nextbridge, I am responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using various programming languages and technologies. As an Associate Software Engineer, I played a crucial role in developing software applications that solve complex business problems. One of the major projects I worked on was the Point of Sale (POS) System, where I worked as an Angular developer. In this role, I was responsible for designing the UI screens using SASS and other related business logic in Typescript.Apart from the POS system, I also worked on a Learning Management System (LMS) that was rewritten in Angular and Django with the micro-services design. The LMS had 200k monthly active users, and I worked as a full-stack developer on the project. On the frontend, I implemented a state management library named NGRX that helped our codebase to be more maintainable and readable. On the backend, I wrote different endpoints and also improved the speed of existing endpoints.In my role, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment of software applications. I also contributed to code reviews and followed industry best practices for coding and software development.Throughout my tenure as an Associate Software Engineer, I demonstrated a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.
