• Responsible for all daily activities at welding/fabrication section of workshop. Assigning jobs to welders, fabricators, helpers to meet required production goals. • Ensuring the company’s procedures e.g. Working instructions, product rental, damage, repair and scrap criteria’s and QHSE guidelines are followed by all in the workshop. • Development of the working instruction for standardization of Welding, fabrication and Repair of construction (Formwork and scaffolding components) to maintain the same standard of quality, perimeters and product functionality world-wide. • Conducting training of welders so they can fabricate, weld as per established standards in Dubai for other PERI subsidiaries in market unit middle east and Africa. • Regular Inspection of welding fabrication and overall product quality looking after all the tools of workshop and managing them so that does not compromise safety. • preparing tools, materials, request for smooth, consistent operations/production. • Production planning for daily, weekly, and monthly basis on 1st 2nd and 3rd priorities and setting up target for optimal utilization of manpower. Mastering the techniques for maximize the productivity. • Cooperation with other department supervisors team leaders of stockyard for the priority jobs to ensure every project meets the deadline.
