1-My assigned duties during this job is doing detail inspection of Raw Mill, limestone, clay, additive and coal crushers, circular stackers and reclaimers, side stackers and reclaimers, apron feeders and conveyer belts and to inform about any abnormality found during plant operation to concerned department.2-First level & specific inspection of all plant equipment's in all conditions (stoppage & running) Formalized inspection Reports.3-Make work reservations or work order, make & release notifications, create purchase Requisition (PR) and service enter sheet (SES) and maintain all history related plant equipment & store inventory on SAP.

Mechanical Technician1-Served as mechanical technician at Lime Stone, Additive, Clay and Coal crusher, Circulars, Additive, Clay Reclaimers Raw mill and cement Mill area.2-Replacement of apron feeder plates, chain links, Hammers, anvil basket and basket segments.3-Replacement of grinding rollers and tires.4-Replacement seal and bearing of gearbox. 5-Maintenance of Air rotary Lock and Air Separator.6-Did repairing of the conveyer belts, dropping chutes and Air Slide etc. keeping in view safety measures.
