In this role, I am responsible for:• Managing the financial and accounting matters of the program and corresponding with international Universities, Embassies, and Partner Agencies like DAAD Germany, Campus France, and Oead Austria.• Planning of all project’s financial requirements and preparation of Cash/ Work plan for PSDP allocation.• I ensure timely payment of funds i.e. Tuition Fee, Stipend/ Maintenance Allowance, Administrative and Miscellaneous fees in respect of all the scholars under the project.• I also reconcile accounts with international top-ranked Universities, Embassies, and partner Agencies (Some of them are DAAD Germany, OEAD Austria, SIU Norway, AIT Thailand and Universities in Korea, America, Australia, UK).• Regular Correspondence with partner agencies on accounts-related issues of scholars.• Preparation of Monitoring reports, Quarterly budget forecasts and other miscellaneous reports for different stakeholders.• Timely arrangement of advance and their settlements taken for various events such as visits of foreign delegations for interviews and selection of scholars, MOU signing ceremonies, selected scholars’ send-off ceremonies, etc.

Some of the details are as below:• Account Opening i.e guiding the customer regarding required formalities, completing the formalities preparing KYC’s, CDD and opening of accounts in the system. • Clearing which includes inward & outward clearing, OBC, LBC, FBC and maintaining the return registers.• Remittances which include funds transfer, issuances of PO, Term Deposit Receipts, Stop Payments, Cheque Book Issuance, Foreign Remittances and preparing the various reports like classification of deposits, Withholding tax statements, Reconciliation of Payment Order and security stationery to the Head Office.• I also handle all IT-related matters at the branch level which includes Daily Backups, CCTV monitoring, Networking, and all windows related issues.Moreover, I have also worked as a Credit Officer in which my duties:• Marketing of Bank Products, targeting corporate clients and high net-worth individuals with regard to their borrowing needs, and creating a healthy portfolio on the bank asset side.• Preparation and Review of Credit Proposals (SME, Commercial & Corporate clients).• Correspondence with the customers for completion of formalities.• Analyzing the financial statements and pertinent information to determine the creditworthiness of prospective customers.• Correspondence with the Head office regarding credit matters.• Analyze/ review CLPs, completing the documentation and securities formalities for the CAD for disbursements in line with stipulated policies of bank & other regulatory authorities. • Handling all the mortgaged-related issues. • Preparation & Submission of various bunch of reports regarding Financial Facilities to Concerned Authorities & updating monthly ECIB data & Preparation of ITRS.
