My specific duties on the Project were as follows:1. Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, and the general labors involved in the project.2. Coordinating with the Dubai authority to ensure compliance with Dubai authority construction regulations and by-laws.3. Communicating with the clients and their delegates, attending regular meetings to keep them up-to-date of the site progress. 4. Day to Day administration of the site, involving supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of the subcontractors. 5. Using planning software namely; M.S project to plan the work and cost-effectively organizing the project and site amenities in order to meet agreed deadlines. 6. My duties included planning, scheduling, costing and resource allocation of the project. 7. Estimation of materials, equipment’s and labors quantities and cost. 8. I was also responsible for preparing and submitting the monthly Invoices.9. Also to prepare bar bending schedule and its implementation at the site accordingly to the drawings and specifications. 10. Control and implement safety measures and precautions on site on daily basis. 11. Applying and carrying out the authorities’ inspection (i.e. Dubai Municipality) for RCC work. 12. Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports preparation & submissions to project manager and consultant.

• Project planning and Invoicing.• Supervision of Formwork, Concrete Works, Conducting Testing of Concrete • Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Sub-Contractors to ensure their satisfaction of quality of work in progress.• Select and strategize allocation of work to Sub-Contractors.• Ensuring that all works meet the stipulated quality standards.• Government (Trakhees) approvals and Inspections• Getting the approvals from required authorities. (D.M, DCD, CONCORDIA &TECOM)• BOQ preparation and finalizing the Contract. • Preparing the AutoCAD Drawings for the project as per Architect’s Instruction.• Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. • Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports preparation & submissions.

My Responsibilities Included:• Supervision of Form work, Concrete Works, Conducting Testing of Concrete • Prepare of Q.A/Q.C documents including Method statements, Inspection request, material schedule, concrete pour and testing record etc. • Continuous monitoring of site work execution to ensure compliance with required quality.• To prepare bar bending schedule and its implementation at the site accordingly.• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Sub-Contractors to ensure their satisfaction on quality of work in progress.• Worked closely with Field Safety Manager’s to assure safety is a top priority• Ensuring that all works meet the stimulated quality standards.• Assist Quantity Surveyor for preparing company bills as well as sub-contractors bills.• Identifying required and optional changes in project scope; negotiating change orders with client• Manage changes to Engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work• Prepares reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget, and Presents to Project Manager.• Ensuring all effective resources is available at site.• Prepare Project working schedule and ensuring its implementation.• To prepare bar bending schedule and its implementation at the site accordingly.• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Sub-Contractors.• Preparing company bills as well sub-contractor bill.• Ensuring that all works meet the stimulated quality standards.• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports preparation & submissions.• Prepare minutes of meeting on weekly basis.
