The position involves leading Human Resources Department in a large-scale project to digitize its systems and processes. Participating in different other projects to modernize the technology landscape within HR and identify areas where systems/processes can improve. Having solid HR Management background, complemented by process improvement and business analysis skills. In essence, this position combines an in-depth understanding of each aspect of the HR gamuts such as staffing decisions, employee evaluations, performance reviews, creating new policies and procedures, recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits at the management level with the ability to bring positive changes in as efficient way as possible.
