CurrentLead and develop Procurement Strategies (FOB/C&F/FOR/CPT/CIF/CFP) and Supply Chain Management Operations for purchase of Mechanical, Electrical, Medical, IT Services and other Industrial equipment ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing requirements and Procurement rules and regulations. Excel in identifying and resolving inefficiencies, introducing solutions to boosting performance and strategically utilizing resources to generate optimal results.Resolve issues for immediate Custom Clearance for timely clearance of stores at Sea/ Air port and to avoid demurrage, storage charges and other custom duties.Making optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope, and apply advanced technical strategies and business knowledge to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles.Sourcing, negotiation, contracting and executing agreements to fulfil day-to-day business needs.Preparing the development Plan of long-term department strategies, playbook to ERP optimization and integration with Project Management tools.Making payment after successful delivery of stores to suppliers through TT, LC or any agreed term by collaborating with Accounts Team.Preparing annual budget & work-plan along with strategies for implementation of new projects for business optimization.Exhibiting solid communication and problem-solving abilities in utilizing effectively competitive bidding and negotiating methods.Identifying areas of potential savings and to meet Cost Minimization Policy and to meet standard quality.Collaborate with Senior Management to generate product specifications & finalization of RFQ/RFP.Preparing purchase orders in an efficient manner, also conducting market research that determined appropriate pricing.Assisting with foreign suppliers/ manufacturers for Approval of Export Authorities (Permission) to import goods & services swiftly.
