Worked on BIMSIM Studio development at Earnest Pakistan for international projects, focusing on:• 3D Revit modeling and Navisworks clash detection.• Achieved BIM Level 1 (LOD 400) and progressed towards 4D and 5D BIM.Objective: Enhanced profitability by:• Implementing BIM plans.• Boosting productivity.• Reducing lifecycle costs by 40%.• Offering consultancy and training for smooth BIM adoption in Pakistan.

I worked on Rehabilitation of Fire Damaged Structures. I was leading a 3 member group, in which we had to study structural damages based on duration and intensity of the fire. Based in literature review of case studies, we also had to present a cost comparison of different rehabilitation techniques.

It was my first site as an engineering internee. I worked here alongside professional civil engineers, structural engineers, architects and surveyors, they use their technical skills and managerial prowess to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose.
