1) Team lead for wet etching process.2) Facilitates interdepartmental meetings between process, equipment, production, lean and QA.3) Member of ERT Team with AIDER responsibility.4) Provides support to process and equipment engineers on production floor and ensures minimum downtime in production.5) Performs data collection of production such as rework, reject and output of wafers.6) Initiates the tracking of proper implementation and effectiveness of new recipe in process.7) Documents manufacturing instructions, control plan and SOPs to maintain the highest product and process quality.8) In-charge in reduction of defects such as watermark, belt mark, over etch, contamination and mini dot.9) Tracks chemical usage data to ensure minimum cost of production and investigates root cause of over usage.10) Communicates with facilities department to ensure well control of temperature, humidity, chemical scrubber exhaust pressure and internal pressure.11) Handles weekly and monthly scheduled maintenance activities.12) Trains production operators, leaders and supervisors to minimize risk of products rework.13) Conducts experiments for wafer efficiency improvement projects.14) Familiar with operations of RENA, SCHMID and SC machines.15) Familiar with the operations of QUANTUM 5-stack HD-POCl3 Diffusion Furnace Incl. integrated and Tempress Full Automation Machine maker: Tempress (Holland) used for forming a PN junction on the wafers.16) Knowledgeable with the operations of In-Oxide machine – Machine maker: RENA (Germany) for the purpose of etching using HNO3, HF and H2SO4 solution to remove SiO and side N-type silicon to get silicon wafer separate with P and N junction.17) Insightful with the operations of Centrotherm PECVD Batch-type system for passivation and nitride coating in c-Si solar cell processing and to deposit a layer of Anti-Reflection Coating (ARC) on the surface of Si wafer.
