Working as a part of new venture team of problem solvers. Handle, manipulate and analyze the data for the subject field/block and conduct the research on the overall reginal performance around the field/block and similar fields/blocks in the world. Provide the best matching analogs to be used in the valuation of new project (in case no direct engineering data is available in the subject field/block). The main engineering & management tasks in new venture department comprises following work scope:1- Direct reporting to the Head of New Venture on weekly, bi-weekly or any suitable periodicity for a specific project defined by Head of new venture.2- Set up overall portfolia management model for all the upstream assets and conduct periodic updating of the model3- Responsible for coordination with target companies and third parties to make sure of timely data availability to get done the due diligence work in required period.4- Highlight and report all the uncertainties if we do not have required direct data of the subject field/block. Provide a possible mitigation plan to run the analysis without the direct data and get it approved from Head of New Venture in advance.5- Lead the interim discussions and final presentations either in English or Chinese or both.
