I worked as a senior software engineer in the Next Generation Transformation Team of Digital Channels. The team was also responsible for the most consumed channel's backend service which is the mobile channel and it has more than 200 million transactions per day. Some of these features were; MyLife project (İşCep Hayatım) has many features such as customers can add their family members, pets, houses, bills, cars, and many other things, so they can pay their taxes, bills, etc. automatically. Car valuation project has the ability to calculate customers's car condition and price assumptions.I was a main developer in the Service Banking milestone project for Softtech and İş Bank. The project contains many core banking APIs that are deployed under one package for other companies to create new customers, and give them products (credit cards, loans, etc.) through their channels or apps.I created new backend services with Rest and SOAP architectures and consumed them securely and quickly. Some of these services were in .Net Core or Java Spring, and I deployed them with Kubernetes Pods, maintained, and monitored their performance.I improved existing legacy infrastructure in a big monolith application, and provided sustainability, robustness, and performance.I shared new experiences with the team per week in technical meetings and discussed them to make the best practice for the team.DevOpsI used those tools to deploy applications: Docker, Openshift, XL Release.Persistent DataI worked with Oracle and MS SQL databases.Customer SupportI had critical sessions with the customer support team one day a week to solve their problems.
