• • Manage & supervise Production Duty.• Give feedback, report, input, suggestion & advise on HR, Adm, Production Matter to the Production Manager & HR Manager.• Carry out and ensure all admin jobs run well.• Oversee all HR program (Industrial Relation, Payroll, Recruitment, Attendance, Jamsostek & Counseling the worker's)• Delivery the company policy to the employees.• Keep up/maintain the company regulation implementation.• Monitor employee attitudes, morale and efficiency; suggest improvements to workplace atmosphere and safety.• Employee’s communication staff.• Manage employees including administration of personnel records “ eg. Leave, Overtime, etc.
