Serve as QC Inspector pipeline and QC Inspector steel structural. 2 year as quality and quantity inspector for coal from stockpile to vessel refer to ASTM. 1 year as safety engineering especially for handling gas H2S from drilling operation. 3 year as auditor quality management system 9001;2008, certified as auditor OHSAS and SMK3.Have knowledge to interpret of WPS, PQR, ITP/Quality Control Plan, Project Procedure such as NDT, PWHT, Mechanical Test.Performed Inspection / witnessed of Material Receiving such as various piping materials and fitting as per specification, Consumable Welding, Visual Welding, NDT, Hardness Test, PMI (Positive Material Identification), Mechanical Test etc. and provide of Manufacturing Data Record (Dossier) following the approved ITP.
