I was the first employee of Action Envelope in 1985. As we grew my role grew with our company from being the only pressman and general technician of all our equipment to the acting shop foreman, pre-press manager, and general business management. When our sales and marketing partner was ready to sell his shares so he could pursue other interests, I purchased his shares and added sales and marketing to my list of responsibilities.
