Bara Energi Lestari-BEL (Reswara Group), location Meulaboh, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.Responsibility:Conduct the project in the field so that it is done well in accordance with the quality and time agreed upon with the client.Ensuring all aspects of drilling work comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policy of Mifa and BEL.Maintaining good communication between team on site with management and management with client.Ensuring all supporting elements of drilling activities are ready.Report to director, client (TSE Superintendent Mifa-BEL) and Head Of Mining Engineering.

High and Low Sulfidation Gold Exploration in Tapanuli Utara, North Sumatra Responsibility: • Assist Senior Exploration Manager, Chief Geologist or consultant design exploration program (geological mapping, soil sampling, channel, trenching, surveying, Geophysical IP and Resistivity and drilling) and nontechnical aspects. • Conduct exploration team and supervised geologists, technical assistant, GIS and surveyor. • Report to Senior Exploration Manager, weekly and monthly basis. • Manage operations of Site Tarutung. • Prepare Quaternary Report, Annually Report, Final Exploration Report for government. • Prepare Work Plan and Budget document for government. • Prepare UKL/UPL Semester Report. • Prepare and conduct Reclamation Plan, and preparing Reclamation Report

Nickel Laterite Exploration and MiningResponsibility: • Supervise drilling exploration, survey, database section, logistic and general administration of Exploration and Geology Department. • Evaluate supervisor's reports and field checking. • Report to Exploration and Geology Manager.

Responsibility • Evaluation prospected area, by interpretation previous exploration data, scientific publications, Landsat Interpretation and to make action plan, budget, recommend and propose exploration program to management. • Prospecting survey. • Presentation of proposed KP and Work Program and Budget to Pemda. • Socialization of exploration activity to local government and people in KP area. • Geological mapping and exploration • Reporting and presentation of exploration result.
