- Led development and delivery of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) in the mobile app, making Capital One among the first banks to offer that feature.- Managed the program backlog for Android bank vertical, working with stakeholders across various units at a portfolio level. - Devised and led the release strategy for external customer launch using analytics from play store based on device and OS combinations.- Collaborated with the testing leads to initiate the pilot beta feedback and tracking process.

- Led program level roadmapping based on mobile portfolio level initiatives and product vision, driving customer-centric product development that truly meets customer needs and worked across iPhone, Android, and web platforms. - Played an influential role in setting up SAFe in the mobile group working with leadership across different verticals.- Headed effort to convert program backlog into executable roadmap items for Sprint level grooming. - Collaborated with developers, architects, and intent owners to reduce dependencies at the program level.

- Owned the 3-month roadmap for a new Loan Originations System (LOS), with oversight on loan opening and closing functions. Developed and operated steel thread management across 6 teams to manage dependencies and adjust backlogs, implementing agile development and scrum methodologies.- Initiated a feature epic backlog structure by working with individual team BSAs at a team level.- Was nominated to represent Home Loans as an agile expert by senior leadership in the company wide Agile Transformation efforts following Capital One acquisition of ING, scaling agile into existing Capital One teams. - Conducted internal scrum coaching session for Capital One Home Loans teams in Plano, TX.

Built systems to help transition the company from manual tracking to digital time tracking and management for labor. Performed business analysis and testing, using findings to develop solutions to integrate hardware and software functions seamlessly.

Supported a 2-year project for a companywide transition from a legacy platform to a new FISERV system. Conducted QA testing and system analysis, gaining experience across diverse areas.
