I am Currently working As a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Mechanical Engineer for ATL Al Tariq construction Project,at Port Qasim Power of 1320 MW.•Coordinate with client Representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out Expediently.•Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project quality program. •Comply with all Project HSE requirements. • Record and document all deviations from the Project Quality Program (PQP) and the company Integrated Management System (IMS).• Engineering input and support during the creation of feasibility studies,& Basic engineering stage.• Preparation of tender documentation,specifications,piping drawings and P & IDs.• Carrying out the inspection & reviewing the NDT test reports • Mechanical clearance for hydro testing.• Monitoring QC Inspectors at site, allocation of jobs to QC Inspectors, day to day follow up of inspectors regarding work and site problems.• Monitoring QC inspectors involved in line checking, regarding completion of weld summary sheets, NDT requirement, mark-up drawings, and as-built drawings in order to meet challenging deadlines.• Co-ordinate with the client for day to day activities and also combined line check with QC inspector.• Witnessing & Reviewing the PMI & PWHT tests and reports also. • Review and evaluate with the Project Manager the progress of vendors and subcontractors. • Prepare interim progress updates and completion project reports.• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.•Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager &QA/QC procurement manager.• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
