• Facilitate execution of Processes Trainings for selected key areas by engaging with respective functional heads.• Design of SPC for sustenance of process yields.• Communicating and preparing project plans for process improvement.• Analyzing patents and technical journals for process updates across globe.• Devising and deployment of FMEA across core process in glass and optical fiber manufacture.• Assist and monitor periodic revision and upgrade of various processes across functions of glass & fiber, and assist in incorporating suitable amendments.• Transferring R&D (pilot) ideas and concept into manufacturing reality. • Introducing and documenting SOP (Standard operating procedures) for new processes/new machines.• Preparing troubleshooting manuals and providing training to people at the time of handover and rollover of suggested changes. • Preparing and identifying solution to problems through literature review and DOE.

Project Title-TAN mitigation of crude oil using reactive distillation.Project was intended to refine crude oil of India which has high TAN without increasing any processing step. This problem was challenging for Panipat refinery.Extensive literature survey was done and rigorous experimentation carried out to find the compound and its optimum concentration to regulate acid number without increasing processing step.and effecting the output of refining operation.
