- Oversee and manage operations of Cash Management, Accounting Dept., Accounts Payable Dept. and daily Cash Receipts & wires for Accounts Receivable, the day to day functions of the Finance division. - Act as the advisor to the CEO for operational and business planning analysis. - Recommend on Oracle financial solutions that are implemented not only across the company itself but also to the Group companies.- Review all monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet Analysis, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets ledger, Income Statement Trend analysis, monthly balance sheet and MTD & YTD P&L statement with EBITDA.- Work with external and internal consultants and auditors to facilitate timely information sharing for shareholder reporting purposes.- Map out Finance and Accounting team goals that are fully aligned with the company’s goals, mission, vision and values.

- Review monthly financial statements and management reports, the financial forecasts and business plans.- Lead the annual budgetary exercise and finalize results for board review and approval. Facilitate auditors in execution of the statutory audits and prepare responses in relation to the management letter- Represent the company on the interconnect operators committee for all matters outstanding for resolution with the ministry of communication.- Part of the negotiations team with vendors. Led a number of initiatives that resulted in cost control and reduction.- Review all business cases for CFO and CEO approval for all new projects included in the operational plan. - Act as the liaison between Group finance and Kuwait operations.

- Preparation of checklist for disclosures and accounting treatment in light of prevailing IFRS.- Responsible for quarterly forecasted financial statements, reporting to The Group, and supervising budget preparation process of the company- Review Opex and Capex analysis reports - Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports for CEO review & decision making
