Current• Lead two development teams producing front and backend Loyalty-Rewards applications. • Manage production support DevOps on-call process, materials, and designation for teams. • Oversaw Global Rewards Platform’s response to the Log4J critical vulnerability, managing mitigation and hotfixes.• Coordinated transition from BizOps to DevOps application support model across the Rewards program organization, including process development, training, metrics, and coordinating implementation across stakeholders. • Manage 16 developers and testers, including 8 employees ranging from entry- to lead-level developers.• Conduct hiring of employees and contractors including conducting and coordinating interviews and compensation.
