• Installation & Commissioning of all HFO & Gas Units like HFO Booster Unit, Separator Unit, Feeder Unit, Instrument Air Compressor Unit, Unloading Unit, Gas Compressors Unit, Compact Gas Ramp Unit, Gas Detection System and Rupture Discs on engine exhaust.• Installation & Commissioning of Electrical Panels, Control I/O Panels and VFD’s.• Installation and Commissioning of Electrical Heat Tracing (Thermon) on HFO Pipeline with Thermostats, Junction Boxes and designing of Electrical Heat Tracing Panel.• Manage troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance work on equipment’s.• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of EI&C systems, startup of Feeder, Booster, Separator, Unloading and Gas compressor units.• Delivery covering P&ID development, Instrument Index, Block Wiring Diagram, Instrument List, Cable and Junction Box scheduling, Instrument Hook Up drawings, Demolition drawings, Construction drawings, review of vendor document for systems and generating input for Loop drawings.• Effective correspondence & Kick-off meetings with client and Management to ensure the client requirements, Status updates & schedule for smooth execution of project.• Preparations of technical specifications such as Pressure gauge, Pressure switch, Pressure transmitter, Level controller, Level Indicator, Temperature controller, Temperature transmitter and Temperature Indicator & control valves.• Electrical Circuits Safety Check, Inspection, Service & Maintenance.• Overall responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, execution and managing of resources without incidences of time/cost overruns.• Remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair and install electric, pneumatic such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop.• Commissioning and Calibration of Control valves, Positioners, Transmitters gas analyzers, O2 analyzers. • Monitoring the Boiler, Steam Turbine, Dm Plant and cooling tower, Burner, and operations.

• Responsible for Erection & Commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation of Boilers, HRSG, Steam Turbines, Cooling Towers, Fuel Oil Heating Systems.• Manage project sites & ensure conformance to Design, Contract Documents & Technical drawings.• Develop and deliver site progress reports, responsible for Quality of Electrical Works.• Coordinates with Company Operation to ensure all design and construction conforms to codes and client’s standards or to agreed industrial standards and procedures prior to execution.• Preparation of Cause & Effect, Instrument Index, Control Points List, Instrument / Communication Cable List, Instrument Load Consumption, Instrument Layout, Loops & Hookup diagrams.• Perform modification of control circuits and/or control loops as per the plant change requests and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes.• Ability to organize, lead, act as an E&I supervisor responsible for Termination works, hot loop checks, Cold loop checks, Instrument Calibration and Testing and Inspection of Motors.• Familiar with all type of instruments involved in loop check, from field to control room, instruments like PT, DPT, FT, LT,TT, I/P Converters, Thermocouple , RTD. Control and Solenoid Valve, Level, Pressure, Temperature and Flow switches, HART Communicator, Foundation Field bus based transmitters.• Motor configuration, Wiring inspection, Bus bar Inspection & Megger Test. Inspection of I/O Panels, Lighting Distribution Panels Battery Charger, UPS Panels. • Testing & Calibration of Lube & Control Oil System, Turbine Governing System, Over Speed Test & Full Electrical Load Test.• Upgrade and retrofitting of new control instruments to the existing panels in the field and main control room.• Troubleshooting, repair, calibrate and test various types of process Control Instruments. • Commissioning and Calibration of Control valves, Positioners, Transmitters gas analyzers, O2 analyzers.

• Trouble Shooting and up keeping the Electrical Equipment’s, systems and protection.• Operation & Maintenance of Power House and Executing specific assignments.
