Performing Operational Flight Watch for determining if changes to operational and meteorological conditions may affect the safety of flights within a prescribed area or on assigned routes, and for communicating those changes to the Commander. Providing the Commander with a thorough and professional flight crew briefing, covering all significant information i.e. MEL/Weather/NOTAMs, which may impact the operation of the flight.Facilitating Weight and Balance with a flight release, which includes total fuel requirements and aircraft weight limitations that maximizes revenue payload potential, while satisfying all Safety standards.Applying for landing & overflying permissions as well as PPR (If required).Keeping a close contact with the ATC, operational units for parking bays/slots & ATC FPLs.Monitoring air crew duty time limitations & take necessary actions accordingly.Preparation of General Declaration & distribute it where it is required.
