The key role is to make customer happy with achieving the Divisional ABP (Billing & AGM), CE management by Inventory turns & lowering Outstanding time, Keep the growth by retension & conversion of AMCs and also continuous improve in the Service Delivery Index by maintaining the SLA for breakdown & installation closure, Escalation management, PM adherence, Dealer visit & Audit.

My role is to provide the service support for Precision Air Conditioning for UP West & Uttrakhand region, by monitoring and controlling the Service Operations of the company. The key focus is on meeting the SLA with clients with complete support with respect to service and technical support. The Operational activity includes Project Planning, Costing, Awarding PO/ WO to Vendors/ Suppliers, Project Execution (Installation, Testing and Commissioning) Managing Inventory, Service Calls, Franchisees and above all managing customers. I am also responsible for imparting training to Customers and Service Franchisee Teams.

I was part of Project team for North India and my role was to project Planning, Costing, Procurement, installation, Testing and Commissioning, Scope Management, Contract Management and Change Management, processing of extra claims & billing break up, maintaining and improving Gross Margin from the handing over stage and subsequently increasing Project Profitability. I was also handling sales of Infra Build (Sandwich Panels).

My role includes Heat Load calculation by ISHRAE format using MS Excel, Blue star software as well as HVAC software, planning, designing, equipment selection, equipment and material procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of innovative, economical and energy efficient HVAC system for various applications, site coordination with other services, Looking Sales, Achieving targets, Making Offers and proposals for HVAC system, Making B. O. Q. and B. O. M., Material planning & procurement and negotiation with suppliers. Ensuring fabrication and installation of all machine, ducts, Pipes and Air distribution system as per drawing.
