PSDBG comprises of all payments and transactions business including Government Payments and Receipts business, Cash Management, Remittances, E-banking and digital products, Cards & ATMs and all ADCs and branchless banking. The main objectives of the Group are to provide efficient low cost, high value services to customers; converting and processing transactions through digital channels with ease of conducting business in order to improve profitability and market share for the bank.

CRBG included Commercial, SME, Retail and Consumer, Agriculture, ADCs, payments services and branchless banking portfolio. Overall managed an advances portfolio of over Rs.300 billion of retail, consumer, agriculture, commercial and SME loans; and a liabilities book of Rs.1.5 trillion. Commercial portfolio comprises of loans up to Rs.500 mil and in some cases higher. Prepared a three year strategy/ business plan and implemented reorg./ restructuring of domestic regions with a focus to improving business growth and profitability, bringing in operational efficiency, introducing sales and service culture with a new set of KPIs targeted towards enhancing performance.
