Been working in IT for 4 years, starting as an apprentice IT Support analyst and being taken on and promoted into a project team with official title being Project desktop support analyst for the Mario project at Charles Taylor, I have gone on to do contract work at Hays Macintyre and Banks Sadler. Biggest strengths are work ethic, time management and planning. With these 3 skills I stood out and was usually given the more technically difficult calls and project work. I'm proud of my ability to spot potential problems and prevent them which is why I was really suited to contract work, I also have the ability to work in any team when the opportunity arises and the ability to work around absolutely any problem which is presented in front of me.At the current moment I work for Hyperoptic as a New Build Engineer working on construction projects, installing AP's, terminating, troubleshooting and testing copper cable and fibre cable.
