Preparation of billing statements for revenue budgeting and re-forecasting processes.Preparing and approving monthly flash accounts, Cash flows, management accounts/reports.Working with functional leaders in producing robust business plans, providing full financial support to all functions – fully engaging in commercial business issues and decisions before providing finance sign-off.Investigate the financial performance of segments/regions among global subsidiaries and produce a summary of emerging trends and recommended next steps.Partner with the Board/ExCom to deliver cross functional strategic projects, training, and process improvement.Work with the operational teams to understand performance drivers and drive strategies for improvement and mitigation of risks.Support CFO/CEO/Board to originate business strategy (e.g. 5 year plan); identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and leading on decision support activities, assessing the commercial and financial implications.
