Operation & Maintenance of Loop Telecom DXX• Working as back office support Engineer at network management system (NMS) for Customers (PTCL and SCO).• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the PTCL DXX Network throughout Pakistan, which included DXX Network Elements (AM3440, V4200-9 and V4100) and Network Management Systems (iNMS) of Loop Telecom.• To coordinate with the customer and with the fault localizing staff in order to rectify the faults and configuration of modem, card configuration in NMS and conducting testing of IPLCs (International Public Leased Circuits).• Giving Tier one support to the PTCL regarding the hardware and software of Loop Telecom• As per service level argument, providing support to SCO for their private leased line business
