As a Process Developer at Genpact, I work with the Record to Report domain, managing the accounting and financial reporting processes for various clients. I leverage my expertise in Oracle ERP, analytical skills, General Ledger Accounting and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the deliverables.I started my career at Genpact as a Process Associate in 2018, and received multiple rewards and recognition for my performance and contribution, successfully derived and implemented 5 process improvement insight. I also completed my MBA in Accounting and Finance from Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad in 2021, enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field.
