ZRK group is the largest wood-based panel manufacturer in Pakistan producing Pakistan only European standard EI emission ''tear free'' door skin, MDF particle board.I am here as a Planning and contract manager at ZRK Industries Pvt Ltd for the new installation of Special particle board plant.Key Responsibility:-• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including regular meetings and progress updates. • Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Assist in developing and managing project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. • Monitor project expenses and report variances to the Project Manager. • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the construction process. • Identify potential risks and hazards associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Optimize resource utilization and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. • Prepare regular progress reports, including status updates, milestone achievements, and upcoming tasks. • Address issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process, such as design changes, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to find creative solutions and keep the project on track.

Key Responsibility:• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.• Understanding and meeting all contract requirement, communicating with managers, supervisor, and the rest of team.• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.• Identify and reports activities which have a critical and potential impact on schedule.• Prepare Project Execution Plan (PEP) and to ensure PEP is achieving.• Prepare schedule, manpower and quantity progress and performance reports.• Prepare scheduling presentation to company and client management as required.• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report• Conduct follow-up and support visits in project intervention areas.
