About Muddassar Alam

I have over 20 years of program and management experience in the areas of education, public finance, Local Government Institutions, Rule of Law, Health, Right to Information, Right to Services and Climate Change. I have been working on projects and initiatives aimed at improving transparency, accountability and governance at the national, provincial and local levels. Within governance, my major focus has been on rule of law and effective management. I also have been working on projects that entail close working with communities especially at grass root level and up to policy makers at the top level. I have special expertise in engaging standing committees, elected representatives at all tiers and district officials on transparency, access to information, governance and Local Government. Over the years, I have developed considerable experience in organization development as a trainer and has been developing training modules and conducting trainings in the areas of governance, consumer protection, education, Local Government, Health, FATA Reforms and Climate Change, Capacity Development, Knowledge Management, Synergy building. I have strong communication skills and has been actively executing National and Provincial advocacy campaigns.
