In my free time, I explore the new practices adopted by other professionals in the same role across different organizations.Work/Activities i do:•Understanding Business Pain points & As-IS system•Product Demonstration (Standard & Customized)•Requirement Gathering and Analysis•Advising best Solution/Software and its benefits• Value Realisation•Delivering Proof of Concept by understanding customer pain points, use cases and success criterias (Standard & Customized)•Setting expectations in terms of offerings•Responding to RFP/RFI & infosec queries•Working with cross-functional teams to check feasibility and close technical & functional Requirements, Issues & Compliance•Retrospective Analysis of all handled opportunities to get better insights on why won/lost/dropped•Contributing to product enhancement, by sharing ideas and list of new good to have features after analyzing customer requirements/business or competitors products and services•Providing product training to AE's on new quarterly releases•Participating in quarterly SE war rooms to discuss about some key opportunities/lessons learned.*Achievements*:- Handled Enterprise accounts in APAC & EMEA region- Worked with System Integrators for government projects- Successfully delivered onsite/off-site POC in APAC & EMEA region- Worked with multiple technology partners to create an Integrated solution- Experience in working with customers from all over the the world i.e. US, EMEA and APAC
