Identification and summarization of various clauses of agreement based on client specific instructions; Drafting of agreements of various types including service agreements, EULA's, open source, software agreements, master license and other commercial agreements. Litigation Support: Worked on various projects providing legal research and litigation support to top level law firms and corporate bodies, concerning versatile subject matters and procedures that include the following: First pass review; Second request review; securities and derivatives; government agency requests (e.g. SEC); deposition preparation; redaction for privilege and confidential.
