As a part of the ISE End Users and Market Data team, work on examining User Data across the Bank to build applications to assist the Investment Banking and Wealth Management Teams.

1. As a part of the Bureau Strategy and Analytics team, working across 15+ APAC and EMEA markets to analyze bureau data across these markets to create and enhance matching elements to increase Bureau Coverage. Increased Bureau Coverage in the UK by 2% by leveraging additional matching elements.2. Found customers impacted by Covid-19 in Hong Kong by analyzing customer spending, bureau data, and repayment of Credit Dues by collaborating with Strategy and Modelling teams.3. Created monthly reports and visual representations of Coverage and Volume across top APAC markets and analysed monthly and quarterly trends.

Built a dashboard for the integration of Cisco Sales and Services department which lead to an 21% increase in the transparency of deals under $500,000.Leveraged Analytical and Visual Tools to provide a platform for Senior leadership to analyze individual sales, gross income, and duration which helped deals to be delivered days ahead of schedule.

Skill-eD is an educational initiative of Doon Global School, Dehradun. As an intern in this education initiative, my role was to analyze data of interested clients through online and physical interactions, understand customer expectations and help in coming up with marketing strategies by deriving business insights from User Data.This lead to the admission of 40+ students by focusing on 3 Suburban Areas of the city.
