 Preparation/Planning Annual Budget, RE Forecasts, Actuals monitoring, Variance Analysis and Reporting Major Variances with commentaries to Finance Managers in Atlanta and Global process owner in Dublin on a global level. Preparation of pre & post-closure reports & Decks monthly, quarterly and yearly and share those with BU head. Conduct Quarterly Financial Review (QFR) with in-country to report variance analysis to take corrective actions along with performance analysis. Analytical Review Schedule, variance analysis and providing business commentaries to In-country leadership Keep abreast with new regulations and adapt all procedures and systems accordingly i.e. IFRS 9 Ensure compliance with SOX requirements Performing Reclass JV’s within Cost centers and performing Accruals (Monthly and Central Accruals); Performing/Preparation of Intercompany charges to recharge a variety of Opex related items Preparing Monthly reconciliations for the set of accounts, I hold responsibility for and ensuring everything is accounted. GR/IR/Strategic vendor review - To ensure that cost center owners do the GR's on timely basis, otherwise accruals are to be posted & vendor specific expenses should hit their assigned CC Month end Reporting of Variances between YTD Actuals with YTD BP and Prior Rolling estimate numbers and reporting the significant variance to GPO’s and Corporate Working in SAP under various T-Codes to analyse Actuals for Cost centres and Purchase orders. Managing Release Strategies for Purchase order routing under Salesforce; so, the PO’s are routed correctly and the payments to the vendors are not delayed Employee cost planning: Involved in Budgeting and Actuals monitoring of employees under my tower and ensuring the Headcount managed correctly in workday software.
