✓Resource Management - To Ensure Optimal Usage and availability of Airport Infrastructure while coordinating in real time, with concerned departments during breakdowns.✓Terminal Inspection & Audits - To conduct regular inspection of all the areas of the terminal building✓Stakeholder coordination and Passenger Facilitation - To Coordinate with internal & external stakeholder for ensuring upkeep of facilities for the allotted areas and for smooth flow of passengers at the usual congestion points.✓Safety Oversight and Enforcement - To ensure compliance of safety norms and take swift action incase of emergencies in the allotted areas
