• Working for Provisioning and Configuration Team• Working on Backbone Network of 100G of RJIL.• Hands on Experience on backbone equipment Like ALU, Ciena, Tejas.• Responsible to execute PE within window for any Network change for both SA and NSA.• Responsible to execute CR As per the plan/Request.• Taking Up with Circle Team to get the services through E2E.• Bandwidth provisioning and Planning on OTN backbone network for customer service delivery.• Ensuring proper monitoring of OTN backbone network as part of NOC operations and timely resolution of customer related issues.• Configuration of POI in Backbone using SDH and MPLS-TP Network of RJIL in Tejas EMS/NMS.• Co-coordinating with other operator till the POI up End to End.• Loop break testing for E1’s with operator to cross check correct mapping at both end.• Taken Care for Migration of traffic on backbone level and taken up with many team participating for services are up End to End post Migration.• Creating Method of procedure MOP’s for any Network related Change Request.• Involved in defining various Processes flow and Acceptance Test (AT) of them before get the same Live with other teams.• Working on Order Care Tool, Granite Tool for request of Provisioning and Configuration.• Working on HPSM Tool for Change Request.• Responsible for Service Delivery within SLA.• Responsible for Sharing/Maintaining Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report with graphical presentation to understand the flow.

• Working as NOC/Network/Data Center Engineer, and handling the Data Center and Network operations.• Monitoring and troubleshooting the circuits E2E.• Updating and handling of the tickets/dockets raised by the client on Ticketing Tools.• Working on Backbone equipments like DXC (ASON), SDH equipments, and remote management service1354 RM NMS of various Service provider like Alcate,Huawei etc• Understanding and implementing Lambda(10G,2.5G) ,VC12, VC4, VC3, STM 1, STM 4, STM 16 level circuits for transport level interconnection between various cities on optical backbone using Cramer v5.0 and v6.0 Software& Ensuring smooth working of circuits by coordinating with SANOC, TPNOC.• Capacity monitoring on Backbone SDH,ASON & MPLS core network and trigger upgrade if utilization is crossing threshold.• Bandwidth provisioning on SDH & ASON backbone network for customer service delivery.• Route designing for end to end implementation of VC12, VC4, VC3, STM 1, STM 4, STM 16 1 level circuits at backbone level.• Ensuring proper monitoring of ASON backbone network as part of NOC operations and timely resolution of customer related issues.• Handling WAN links such as Point to point link, ISDN circuits, Frame relay circuits• Technical coordination with client end technical teams and various other service provider teams (Such as TCL, Huawei Telecommunications, Sify, Airtel, Aircel etc).• Working on implementation and design of MPLS based core network & customer delivery requirements for TTSL network.• Configuration of L2/L3 VPN circuits on MPLS network• Creating Viznet WO for TCL backbone up-gradation, migration and termination of new Lambda for TTSL.• Creation of Circuit ID in Metasolv for Service Assurance purpose• Coordination with various internal & external workgroups for end to end TDM & Data bandwidth service delivery.
