Sales Operation:• Sales & Budget Analysis.• Space allocation/Planogramming for Category• Imbibed SOP-Operations for India Operations• Regular analysis of Consumer buying behavior and generating customer insights• Assisting COO Operations on a daily basis for smooth flow of retail business by coordinating with all Business units and different functional heads.• Worked on projects - Shop fill & Auto Replenishment• Working closely with Project team for re-establishment of shops across IndiaCategory Management : (Food-Confectionery & Souvenirs) • P&L responsibility for a category• Building strong category teams - includes vendor acquisition, vendor management, analysts etc• Defining the strategy, identifying opportunities, vendors, brands, adapting strategy to bring incremental revenue• Ensuring execution and implementation of the strategy by driving the teams (Defining targets, incentives etc.)• Increasing and improving category assortment,Inventory planning keeping inclined with OTB.• Coordinating closely with marketing and operations and driving joint initiatives.• Identifying and developing projects to enhance customer experience for respective category• Competition bench marking, ABV /Bill penetration & vendor Fill rates.• Dedicating the Space to category by aligning FSU ,WB & Planogram to brand in the store.

• Underwent training in all the domain of Business, i.e. Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Finance, Operations/Sales.• Undestanding Sales & operations at Floor level.• Assisted Liquor & Tobacco Category.• Responsible for optimizing the sales by bringing new ideas and value addition for customers at the respective locations by increasing the ATV (Average ticket value), SPP (Spent per Pax), Penetration.• Have successfully done more than 50 corporate tie up with Travel companies & Conducted Consumer Insight Survey to understand the buying behaviour of International passengers at duty free stores.• Assisting VP operations for Setting up the KRA’s for all Locations and monitoring to ensure there is continuous improvement in store level operations and objectives are met on time.• Responsible for Executive Committee -Review Presentation given to Board of Directors Every month Regarding Sales Performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
