Part of the core project team that was instrumental in launching the banking operations for IDFC. The first phase of the start-up from 2014 to Oct 2015 involved bringing together the entire HR team, designing the compensation philosophy, long term incentives scheme, employee policies & benefits, talent attraction strategy, and planning the HR service and technology landscape. In the second phase of stabilisation, I operated as the Business Manager for the office of Head – HR driving projects focusing on data analytics, organization culture, employer branding, regulatory reporting and risk management for the HR function. I also worked with the CEO – IDFC Foundation to run the operations for CSR projects for the IDFC Group.Key areas of impact:- Managed Executive Compensation- Led HR Business Partnership for Corporate Functions- Set up the HR Analytics framework- Led strategic projects across HR focus areas- Drove Performance and Annual Appraisal Cycle- Designed Employee benefits and policies for the Bank entity- Managed Risk management, audit and regulatory reporting for HR processes

HR Business partner supporting over 1000 employees in the Technology function, across multiple geographic locations in India. Also led people analytics for the Consumer Banking Technology team consisting of 3000+ employees.

Managed the Product Control function for Asia Pacific Single Stock and Index Equity Derivatives portfolios with trading desk in Japan, Hong Kong and Australia.
