As a placements' committee member at IIM Amritsar, I am passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. I work with various stakeholders, including recruiters, faculty, and students, to facilitate the campus placement process and ensure a smooth and successful experience for all parties.Before joining IIM Amritsar, I was a senior human resource at CEDCOSS Technologies, where I managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple clients and projects. I also handled employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Lucknow, and I am skilled in attention to detail, people management, and human resources.
