- Investigate and resolve technical issues.- Lead Backend Engineers and QA Engineers.- Research new technology, conduct sharing knowledge, conduct technical training to new developers and troubleshoot issues with the team. - Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Lead, and other Technical Lead to provide the best digital product solution.- Deploy updates and fixes to production.- Maintain CI/CD pipeline.- Enhance Backend and QA automation framework (continuous improvement).- Design, plan and execute short-term or long-term application architecture.- Maintain servers, conduct initial deployment to a project/product, plan for long-term architecture, identify production issues, and implement integration for project/product that meets the user needs.- Give a report to the CEO and CTO. - Also, maintain day-to-day project/product progress.- Analyze client business requirements and give technical solutions for their needs. - Implement and enhance Knowledge Management in the Backend and Quality Assurance team.

- Collaborate with backend, front end, mobile developer, designers, and project manager to deliver impactful apps. - Prepare FSD (UML) and define solutions that apps needed. - Advice a working technical solution for users.

- Create API web services and CMS from scratch using Laravel 4.2.- Connect with many 3rd party web services. - Conduct migrations from previous apps, database, and assets. - Collaborate with mobile developers, front end developers, and designer to prepare the best solutions for upcoming issues.
