At Gartner, I own the design, development, and monetization of 1bn+ research content through an enterprise-wide product platform with 10k+ active daily users. I’m also responsible for scaling Gartner Talent Lab, our signature early career talent incubation program with 150+ associates based in the US, EMEA, and India.I bring over two decades of experience in building B2B membership platforms, SaaS products, GTM strategy, and running x-geo operations in the research, consulting, and business analytics space. Prior to Gartner, I’ve held leadership roles at CEB, Informa, Datamonitor, Evalueserve, and McKinsey.Currently based in Richmond, Virginia, I’ve lived in 8 cities, across 3 continents! I find energy in building high-performing teams and enabling organizations to scale their products from concept to commercialization while navigating ambiguity, matrix decision-making, and continuous change. Outside of work, I’m pursing a late career Master’s from Harvard University in Data Science, Org Behavior, and Liberal Arts, and mentor Georgetown University's EMBA students, and a local startup incubator on zero-to-one product journeys, leadership development, change management, and scaling x-geo businesses.
