I worked in Prime Biller project of the Verizon Enterprise Systems. Prime Biller is the strategic Billing systems of VRD (Verizon Rapid Delivery) platform to provide seamless Quote to Cash Experience for its Enterprise Customers. As a Billing and Interfaces module lead my responsibilities were: Interaction with business teams and helps them in requirement finalization from billing system perspective. Mapping existing system and enhancements into actual requirements. Project Delivery management activities such as assigning requirements to team members, planning the delivery dates and co-ordination with various systems, testing and business teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects. Design User Interfaces, System Interfaces and complex solutions. Performance Improvement of existing frameworks. Carrying out design, code and test cases review for team members. Received VES IT Performance Excellence award multiple times (2011 and 2013). Received Spot Light Award multiple times (2017 and 2018) Received On the Spot Award multiple times.

I worked in the Prime Biller project of the Verizon Business portfolio in Verizon Data Services India. Prime Biller is strategic billing platform for Verizon Enterprise customers and team was involved in consolidation of several legacy billing systems of EMEA/APAC/Canada/US/LATAM regions onto Prime Biller. As a senior analyst, my responsibilities were: Analysis and understanding of the Business requirement and change requests. Designing and implementation of the business requirement. Design and development of New Upstream and Downstream interfaces to support migration of Legacy Billing Systems to Prime Biller. End to end Implementation of new rating and billing frameworks. Analysis of Invoicing requirement of Legacy Billing systems and recreate them in Prime Biller using IDT (Invoice Design Tool). Developed one time scripts for product/service migration. Perl Scripting for interfaces and Data Migration of Singl.eview product from version 6 to version 7. Mentor the junior resources and help them in delivering the requirements.
