• Founding designer and manager for GoTo Financial (financial services arm of Gojek)• Setup the initial team of 3 people • Worked on 0 to 1 products like GoPay Later (BNPL), GoSave (savings), GoTrust (credit score), GoModal (merchant lending), Swadaya(driver financial services) among others• GoPay Later became the highest retention product across Gojek with a retention rate of around 86%

Kruzr is a smart driving assistant for individuals and fleets. Being in the early team of just 5 people, I wore multiple hats and led partnerships, growth, and product design. Redesigned the app for a B2C launch of the product and their new website. Formed alliances with companies like SBI General Insurance, Tata AIG, and Liberty Videocon, bringing in a revenue of $175K (approx.) and opening a new user base of around 3.5 million

• Worked on the the designs for the TDS product website clearTDS. Worked on the designs for partner sites – white-labeled micro-sites designed for our partners to help with tax related issues of the employees• Executed online(email and social media) and BTL marketing campaigns with the partners to promote the alliance to their user base• Worked on SEO and optimising organic traffic to the websites resulting in a net increase of about 26% in the traffic• Worked on paid marketing initiative like SEM, GDN and Facebook campaigns making it the second highest source of sales ~ 14%

• Partnered with major banks and payroll companies including HDFC, ICICI, IDBI, Ramco, Peoplestrong among others accounting for 9% of total sales done

Worked as a freelance designer and researcher for multiple clients. Also worked on multiple projects including Deloitte and India Today this year.

Worked with the design team to redesign of the theme framework - the DIY solution to build your own website. Worked on organic and inorganic mediums to increase trials and conversions, including SEO, SEM, and content increased user base by 29% in three months

Initiative to help bring small businesses online. We understood the need for enterprise software in small businesses and presented them with better and affordable solutions. As one of the founding members, I worked on design & development efforts on the product side. Also, worked on the business development efforts. Delivered more than 30 Websites and 10 Fully Functional Custom Business Software such as Customer Relationship Management, Logistics Software Solutions, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting Software etc. Key clients included Papa John's, Arian Beer, among others.
