MBM started in the year 2007, was driven like a start-up within Ericsson and became the market leader within four years.As CPM I led a global team (Sweden, Asia, Pacific, Americas) comprised of application engineers, lead engineers, and certification/operator approval managers for service delivery to key customers.This required tight collaboration with Product Management and KAMs from pre-sales to long term customer care; product roadmap, service delivery and other marketing & sales topics.Risk assessment and responding to RFQs, alignment of internal R&D with customer's R&D projects, responsibility for customer specific mass-production products and change requests.Working with Head of Sales as sponsor for customer service delivery; defining, steering and reporting the program budget, and evaluating the agreed KPIs.
