As a Project Solutions Manager, I focus on three key areas to enhance our work with Outsourcing Partners (OPs)- Outsourcing Partner Management: Lead scoping, vetting, contract negotiation, onboarding, and project execution, working closely with internal teams to manage vendor relationships and ensure strong performance.- Project Execution: Oversee key projects with new or challenging OPs, ensuring clear roles and smooth collaboration between OPs and our internal teams for high-quality, timely data delivery.- Process Improvement: Streamline vendor management processes to increase efficiency, developing templates and tools that help our teams deliver better results with less effort.

Charged with system management of the SSA Face to Face department, working with local field champions in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mozambique, Zambia, Nigeria, Senegal, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana and South Africa to input into the effective management of fieldwork surveys, utilizing the Ipsos’ Global iField system. In addition, I continue to support the call center department within the SSA region.

Charged with management of the Call Center department, recruitment and capacity building of staff, as well as budgeting and expenditure control.Achievements.(i) Grew the turnover of the Call Center to 44% from 23.12%. (ii) Introduced double shifts in Call Center, which led to 40% increase of output, besides reducing project delivery timelines by 20%.(iii) Improved quality of projects handled in within the Call Center and attained an average customer satisfaction score of 85% from 78%(iv) Built capacity for Call Center in Ivory Coast, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Burundi and Guinea Bissau.(v) Built capacity for Quality Control by establishing a Quality Control Hub in Kenya that improved quality of projects handled in Nigeria, Cameroon, Cote d’ Ivoire, Benin, Guinea Conakry, Uganda, Zambia, Rwanda, Ghana and Congo Brazzaville. This grew the Call center revenue by 17%.(vi) Ability to manage projects in all Kenyan local languages, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Amharic and French.
