I started gaining IT experience in high school when I volunteered at the IT Help desk back at the start of 2018 and stayed there until I graduated in May 2018. While at the help desk, I learned how to communicate and walk fellow students through troubleshooting steps. After taking a 3-year break from education I decided to return to school and study Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Since returning to school, I have been working in retail at The North Face. Working at TNF has given me the opportunity refine my customer service and communication skills while also providing an opportunity to build a solid foundation for new employees on how TNF uses technology in day-to-day operations.
