    - Participate in the contracting lifecycle process for all HMA projects/clients. As well as identifying significant/unique contract requirements and special provisions.- Track authorizations, correspondence, revisions, and contractual deadlines - Maintain HMA contract/business arrangement templates (e.g., nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, letters of commitment, subcontract agreements)- Enter and maintain contract and project information in HMA's information management system (Deltek Vision) as well as maintain detailed and organized contracts files.- Catalog and maintain boilerplate language and materials for proposals and contracts (e.g., insurance coverage, financial statements, operating guidelines)- Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policy and processes.
