With over 20 years of experience in data management, applied analytics, and operations, I am a seasoned leader and educator who leverages data to drive decision making and set purposeful direction. I currently work as a Senior Engagement Manager delivering solutions that help clients take strong advantage of the technology landscape across the vast territory of AI. I use data to make decisions - with a nod toward recognizing that both the hard skills and soft skills of solutioning are to be used wisely.I also serve as a Sr. Principal at Verstandnis Corporation, a technology and analytics consulting firm that provides solutions in AI/ML, GeoSpatial Visualization, Business Decisioning under Risk and Uncertainty, NLP applications, and Showcasing and Storytelling.In addition, I am an Associate Professor of graudate level Data Analytics and Applied Analytics. I teach graduate-level students how to apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques to solve real-world problems and generate data-informed insight. I hold a Master's Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization for Risk and Decision Making from Stevens Institute of Technology, an MBA with a concentration in Management Science from Rutgers Business School, and an MS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. I have been recognized with multiple awards for my service to national defense and veterans. I am passionate about using data to make a positive impact and empowering others to do the same.
