Accomplishments:• Graduated from Southwestern University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science with Summa Sum Laude Honors and a 4.0 GPA• Inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Chi, Upsilon Pi Epsilon honors societies. Also listed on the Dean's list every semester, and served as President of the Computer Science Club on campus• Implemented language support for over 30 languages using AWS and Java for an up-and-coming ride-share app called Wridz. Also assisted in adding in luxury and electric vehicle options for driver and passengers• Created a webpage to assist Southwestern University department chairs in creating course schedules. The webpage calls a Python script that uses PyGLPK to create the schedule, which is then displayed on the page, allowing for additional edits. This halved the time it takes to create course schedules•Published an academic research paper at the Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference (GECCO) titled "Evolving Flying Machines in Minecraft Using Quality Diversity."
