- Developed and managed Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for a multi-year $24 million USAID program, a British High Commission supported program and two State funded programs - With support from NDI counterparts in DC, designed a wide robust methodology for data collection, analysis and utilization of performance data around the expected results- Conducted internal evaluations to create check-in points for testing the validity of theory of change and results framework - Presented NDI Pakistan’s Monitoring and Evaluation System at American Evaluation Association Conference 2013 and European Evaluation Society Conference 2014.- Facilitated external evaluations and performance audits conducted by USAID and MSI

- Assisted in the development of Performance Monitoring Plan/System for Health, Education and Livelihood Support Program implemented by LEAD Pakistan in the province of Punjab and Sindh- Developed field monitoring processes and reporting formats for on-going data collection around performance indicators - Prepared results based monthly monitoring reports to highlight the progress on outputs/outcomes- Part of a team in conducting a baseline study of 450 schools in KP, Punjab and FATA to describe the contemporary classroom practices
